20 amidite bottle positions are now available, along with 10 reagent positions.
The H-8 SE still comes with all of the features of its predecessor, including trityl monitoring, mixed backbone capability, degenerates, and manual amidite coupling for costly bases.
Cycle times are still kept to a minimum (3 – 3½ minutes for all 8 columns), and reagent consumption is as cost efficient as ever.
