This is a full service plan designed for companies looking to meet OQ/PQ standards. We are on call for you, available when issues arise that cannot wait to be resolved. This includes:

• All replacement parts as needed from standard operation – we diagnose the issue with your instrument and ship you the needed replacements immediately at no additional cost. Does not cover misuse of the instrument.
• A yearly servicing of your instrument by one of our trained technicians, replacing all seals and fixtures with the highest quality, OEM parts – ensuring the longevity of your synthesizer.
• Full technical support by phone and email – no time maximums. You call, we answer.

Pricing is based on instrument cost and will vary slightly depending on model.
