An in-house service call includes a full Preventative Maintenance procedure performed on your instrument by one of our trained technicians. This includes:

• Replacement of all bottle seals with Kalrez – a proprietary compound made by Dupont that is considerably more durable than any other gasket material available, providing longevity to your machine and reducing overall needed maintenance.
• Highest grade, OEM replacement parts, including valves, filters, and fixtures supporting labile material.
• Leak diagnostics and repair – a full plumbing work-up is performed to ensure no gas or reagents are lost over the course of operation, saving you long term costs.
• Basic troubleshooting as requested by the customer before the visit.

Travel costs are calculated on a customer by customer basis.
